Questions about Beauty Event Planner

Most answers are below. For anything else there is one address, read by a person.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There are no adverts, no subscriptions and no purchases inside the app. Every feature is included.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. There is no sign-in, and the app works entirely on your phone without a connection.

Will it remind me about appointments?

The app sends no notifications. Instead, tasks that are due today or overdue are shown on the first screen and in the calendar every time you open it.

My event is next week. Is it too late?

No. The plan is squeezed into the days that are left, and steps that are closer to the event than usual are marked so you can decide what to keep.

Can I change the dates the app suggests?

Yes. Every task can be moved, edited or removed, and you can add your own. Timings in the checklists are general guidance; your own hairdresser, make-up artist or skin specialist may advise differently.

What happens to my plans if I change my phone?

Plans are stored only on your phone and are not copied to cloud backup. Under More you can save a backup file and restore it on the new phone. Lookbook photos are not part of the backup file.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open More and choose Delete all data, or simply uninstall the app. Both remove your plans and photos from the phone. We hold no copy.

Deleting your data

Beauty Event Planner has no accounts and no server, so everything you entered exists only on your phone. To remove it:

  • open More → Delete all data in the app to erase every event, task, cost and photo; or
  • uninstall the app, which removes all of its data from the device.

Files you shared or saved elsewhere (a PDF, a text message, a backup file) are outside the app and need deleting where you put them. More detail is in the privacy policy.
