Event page of the app for a wedding: 30 days to go, 32% ready, tiles for plan, budget, lookbook and the day.

How a plan counts back

  1. 60 days before Book a make-up artist
  2. 6 weeks before Hair trial with stylist
  3. 3 weeks before Book the nail appointment
  4. 7 days before Hydrating facial
  5. 1 day before Manicure
  6. The day Ready, with time to spare

Usual lead times of five of the 42 steps in the app. You can move any of them.

How it works

From a date to a plan in three steps

Create an event, give it a date, and let the app place every appointment where it belongs.

  1. Tick what you want done

Choose from 42 preparation steps for hair, make-up, nails, skin, brows, body, outfit and wellbeing, or start from a ready-made checklist.

Choose treatments screen: checklist chips and a list of hair steps with their usual lead time and duration, some of them ticked.
  2. See the dates counted back

Each step lands on a sensible day before the event. If time is short, the plan is squeezed into the days you have and the tight steps are marked.

Preparation calendar for a Christmas party in 72 days: choose the outfit 45 days before, pick jewellery 2 weeks before, choose nail colour 10 days before.
  3. Follow it to the day

The first screen shows what needs attention today and how far along each event is. Mark tasks as booked or done as you go.

Your events screen: one task that needs attention today, then a wedding with 30 days to go and a Christmas party with 72 days to go, each with its progress.

Around the plan

Everything else the run-up asks of you

Calendar

Every appointment in one calendar

A month view across all your events. Tap a day to see what is planned, what is overdue and what is coming in the next two weeks, or to add a task to it.

Calendar screen: November 2026 with the event day highlighted, dots under days with open tasks and the tasks of the selected day.

Budget

Know what is left of your beauty budget

Set a limit for the event. A cost you enter on a task appears in the budget by itself; tick what you have paid and see the spending by category.

Budget screen: £67 left to plan of £950, £183 paid, £700 still to pay and a list of costs.

Lookbook

Keep the looks you love next to the plan

Save photos of hairstyles, make-up, nails and outfits from your gallery, add a caption and a category, and show them to your stylist at the trial.

Lookbook screen: a two-column grid of illustrated inspiration pictures for nails, make-up and outfit, each with a caption.

On the day

An hour-by-hour plan for the day itself

Ask for a suggested timeline that finishes before your start time, then adjust it: breakfast, hair, make-up, getting dressed. Tick the steps off as you go.

On the day screen: a timeline for a wedding day from breakfast at 07:30 through hair styling and make-up to getting dressed.

Questions

Good to know before you start

Something else? Write to [email protected] or see the help page.

Is it really free?

Yes. There are no adverts, no subscriptions and no purchases inside the app. Every feature is included.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. There is no sign-in, and the app works entirely on your phone without a connection.

Will it remind me about appointments?

The app sends no notifications. Instead, tasks that are due today or overdue are shown on the first screen and in the calendar every time you open it.

My event is next week. Is it too late?

No. The plan is squeezed into the days that are left, and steps that are closer to the event than usual are marked so you can decide what to keep.

Can I change the dates the app suggests?

Yes. Every task can be moved, edited or removed, and you can add your own. Timings in the checklists are general guidance; your own hairdresser, make-up artist or skin specialist may advise differently.

Pick the date. Count back from there.
